1) Initial Assessment/Compliance Audit-including recommendations for
remediation, suggested remediation, ability to create Project plan and/or work with your development team to develop strategy.

DELIVERABLES:

• Initial Quality Status and Remarks

• Recommendations

• Proposed remediation plan / strategy

• Completed Checklist for one or all of the following:

  • Searchability

  • Privacy

  • Metadata Policy

  • Usability and Overall Application Quality

  • Access/Security Processing

  • Functionality/Interaction

  • Viewing/Browser Capabilities

2)*Training in the use of automated solutions to verify and repair Web
based application (AccVerify and AccRepair)

DELIVERABLES:

• Web based training in AccVerify and AccRepair (on site training available)

• Certification of completion of training
  Certificate is provided for all developers who complete software training

*Optional-if verification and repair solutions are appropriate for software application

3) Progress Audit

DELIVERABLES:

• Review Recommendations and Remarks

4) Final Assessment

5) Final Site Quality Assessment and Reports Delivered online and on CD or DVD depending on amount of data.


Training Services
HiSoftware provides group or individual training sessions for all HiSoftware products. Additionally HiSoftware can work with you to train your trainers. Individuals who have completed training courses will receive certificates of completion.
