Names Joseph Oliveri to Board of
Directors
Former EMC
Board Member and Experienced
Technologist Joins Board to Help
Expand Growth Opportunities
Nashua, NH — February 3, 2010 —
HiSoftware Inc. (www.hisoftware.com),
a leading provider of Web and social
media compliance solutions, today
announced that Joseph Oliveri has
been named to the company’s Board of
Directors.
Robert Khederian, HiSoftware’s
Chairman of the Board of Directors,
said, “We are fortunate to have Joe
join the Board of Directors. Joe’s
distinguished career and vast
knowledge of the high technology
industry, as well as his experience
as a former EMC Board member, will
be invaluable in our ongoing efforts
to improve and expand our business.”
Oliveri brings a strong technical
background and understanding of
international sales distribution and
marketing to HiSoftware. He founded
Interface Electronics Corp in 1982,
which was sold to Jaco Electronics
in 2001 where he was Vice Chairman
until May of 2009. Oliveri also
served for nine years on the EMC
Corporation’s Board of Directors as
a member of the Audit committee,
Mergers and Acquisitions committee,
Executive Search committee and
chaired the Stock Repurchase
committee. He is currently on the
Board of Directors of Interface
Systems and ElCommerce.com.
